What is Google Reconsideration Request? Google Reconsideration Request is often the last resort to restore your penalized website into Google's website indexes. There are many reasons as to why a website can be penalized and banned from Google's search results and the most common one is by violating Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

How to File A Google Reconsideration Request?
1) Make Sure That Your Site is "Crystal Clear" Before moving towards submitting your site for reconsideration, please ensure that the site involved does not violate any of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. You don't wish to go around telling Google that you have amended your ways when you haven't, neither do you want to tell Google that you haven't violated any of their guidelines when you do.
2) Google Webmaster Tool Ensure that you already have an Google Webmaster Account and your website is validated. Next, log on to Google Webmaster Tool.
3) Request Reconsideration Select "Request Reconsideration" from the right side of the Dashboard.
4) Read the Fine Print Carefully!!!! By requesting for a reconsideration, you are delivering the message that you have violated the Webmaster Guidelines in the past and to your best knowledge, are no longer violating them. Allow me to stress this important point : Make sure that you are no longer violating any of the guidelines before submitting your site for a reconsideration. (Don't put your site into a endless hole)
5) Ready and Go Once you have everything in place and is very sure that your site is no longer violating the guidelines, fill out the form and inform Google about the changes you have made. Next, hit the Request Reconsideration Button.
Good luck and all the best...
